Refund policy
We have a two-day return or exchange policy if the goods received are damaged or wrong when they arrive. This means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
So, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the situation above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise with a clear picture of the damaged area or the wrong item and proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
The customer bears the cost of the return shipping.
Once approved and sent back, we will send the same product item again (subject to the availability of the replacement). Alternatively, we will refund the purchase amount entirely or offer store credit equal to the value of the returned product, which can be redeemed fully or partially within six months of the issue date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
