Shipping

• We offer FREE delivery across the UAE.
• International shipment fees will be calculated during checkout based on the chosen location. We are currently offering a fixed rate of 60dhs/ €15 for worldwide shipment.

Standard domestic delivery is 1-3 days after the product is made, which takes 5-7 business days as our products are handmade upon order.

When we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs. If you require assistance with your order, please email us at hello@nautigram.com your tracking or invoice number, which was provided at checkout to your registered email.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the UAE, customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Customers are liable for paying any additional charges for clearance.
